SHIPPING:
Items are made to order and typically ship within 5-10 business days. Custom made orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship. All items ship USPS domestically and internationally. Expedited shipping is available using FedEx. We do not ship to certain countries; please inquire.

GIFTS:
Jewelry items are shipped in jewelry boxes. Should you require gift wrapping, please let us know and we are happy to accomodate your request. Wrapping is complimentary and a gift card is included.

PAYMENTS:
Our cart is powered by PayPal. With Paypal you do not need an account, just follow the prompts and you're on your way. PayPal is the most convenient and safe way to pay online for the customer. We must be verified to do business with them. Feel free to contact us should this be a problem.

RETURNS:
Should you need to return your item, please contact us for a Return Authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days in original condition and packaging for an exchange or full refund. Items returned for any reason after 7 days, and depending on condition, will receive a store credit. You must insure and package your item properly, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

PRIVACY:
We do not share, sell or trade any of your information to anyone. Rest assured that your transaction and information is processed with care and confidentiality.


JEWELRY CARE:
Care instructions are included in every order. Should you require assistance or have a question on a specific gem, please contact us.


REPAIRS:
In the rare instance that jewelry needs some TLC, we warranty our jewelry for 90 days from defects. Within 90 days, if your jewelry is defected, we will repair or replace at no charge to you. After 90 days or for those "oops" situations, we will repair your jewelry for a nominal charge. Repairs can take up to 30 days. You must insure and package your item properly, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.


HANDCRAFTED NUANCES:
Because we manually produce our designs, each will vary slightly. We work hard to keep our designs consistent, but we do work with gems, and pearls and Mother Nature is good at keeping everything unique. We embrace this, and hope you do too! We also try to add as much description as possible to each item listed.

WHOLESALE:
We do not offer wholesale pricing at this time.
